Pepsico is hiring for Sales Capability Executive
The Sales Capability Executive plays a critical role in supporting long-term business growth for PepsiCo Foods in the assigned region or channel. This role supports the Sales Capability Assistant Manager by contributing to training delivery, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimizing learning systems and tools. The position also involves coaching Sales Supervisors and below, and ensuring seamless onboarding and continuous sales capability development.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Plan and Implementation
Contribute to annual strategic planning by providing market insights and training budget inputs.
Assist in implementing all sales capability initiatives as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Manage training calendars and deliver/facilitate training sessions.
Enhance e-learning platforms (e.g., PEPU, PSLP) in collaboration with sectors and vendors.
Coordinate onboarding for new sales team hires in partnership with HRBP, DR, and Sales Reporting teams.
Support TDMs and DRs in training and coaching their teams.
Organize training events such as Sales Academies and Dare Projects.
Training Materials / Toolset Building
Develop and update training content in various formats (e.g., static, AV).
Leverage internal and global resources for content (e.g., PEPU, Global Learning Content).
Promote the use of digital tools and systems for training, such as:
Learning Management Systems
Online Coaching Platforms
Assessment Systems
Gamification tools
AI/Analytics-driven learning engines
Sales Capability Measurement and Reporting
Track post-training implementation effectiveness.
Maintain training dashboards and reports for regions/projects.
Monitor and evaluate KPIs and best practice results.
Manage and update the Sales Toolkit to ensure high-quality support.
Other Responsibilities
Conduct field visits for real-time business insight and evaluation of training effectiveness.
Identify development needs and help improve Work*With and WEC (Workplace Excellence Culture) applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
2–3 years of FMCG sales experience.
Strong English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Video editing/content creation experience is a plus.
2+ years in Sales Capability or Training roles preferred.
Frontline FMCG sales management experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
Self-motivated and tech-savvy.
Familiarity with e-learning systems is preferred.
