Communications Associate Manager

Pepsico is hiring for Communications Associate Manager

As part of PepsiCo’s Global Employee Communications Center of Excellence (COE), the Communications Associate Manager is responsible for developing global tools for centralized communications planning and execution. The role also supports key North America site communications initiatives. This position combines strategic internal communications, content creation, and engagement measurement to enhance employee experience and alignment with PepsiCo’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create global tools to streamline communications planning across all regions.

• Drive storytelling and enterprise communications for initiatives like The PepsiCo Way, pep+, Chairman’s Awards, employer branding campaigns, Superbowl involvement, and more.

• Lead and execute integrated site communications plans across key U.S. locations: Purchase (NY), Plano (TX), and Chicago (IL).

• Partner with on-site and Real Estate teams to deliver scalable communication strategies.

• Curate North America stories for global sharing, aligning with channel and content strategies.

• Develop engagement elements to support storytelling efforts.

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal communication strategies using intranet analytics, employee feedback, and post-event surveys.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• 6–8 years of professional experience in internal communications or employee engagement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable across organizational levels.

• Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and strategic messaging.

• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects with flexibility and autonomy.

• Experience in measuring communication effectiveness.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a large, global organization.

• Familiarity with modern communication platforms and tools.

• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in employee engagement.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $89,000 – $149,000 (dependent on experience, education, and skills)

• Bonus: Target payout is 10% of annual salary
