The Data Governance Platform Manager at PepsiCo is responsible for supporting the implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and operationalization of PepsiCo’s global data governance platform. This position plays a key role in aligning global programs and projects with enterprise data governance policies and technology solutions, with a specific focus on Informatica Cloud Data Governance Catalog (CDGC) and Informatica Cloud Data Marketplace (CDMP). The role demands deep expertise in data governance tools and the ability to drive technical solutions across a matrixed organization, ensuring compliance, standardization, and efficiency in data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Global Data Platform Lead to implement data governance solutions for programs and projects aligned to business objectives.

• Lead technical configuration, integration, and rollout of the Informatica CDGC platform.

• Manage scanners and workflows in CDGC to enable capabilities like metadata classification, PII tagging, lineage scanning, and data glossary creation.

• Drive the configuration and deployment of the Informatica Cloud Data Marketplace (CDMP).

• Develop and deliver training and demos for data stewards and business stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure proper platform adoption.

• Enable and support metadata reporting using APIs and dashboards in partnership with BI teams.

• Work with internal/external resources (onshore/offshore) to manage implementation projects effectively.

• Continuously align technology solutions with PepsiCo's global data policies, standards, and governance framework.

• Maintain documentation, provide updates, and facilitate communication with stakeholders and governance stewards.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Data Governance or related fields.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Informatica data governance tools, both on-premises and cloud (CDGC, CDMP, EDC, Axon).

• Strong experience configuring scanners, workflows, and metadata integrations.

• Proven history of delivering data governance implementations end-to-end.

• Technical experience with APIs (REST), data discovery, lineage creation, and metadata management.

• Solid understanding of data lifecycle management and enterprise architecture.

• Experience working in complex, multi-tiered, matrixed organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in both Informatica on-prem and cloud platforms.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and collaborate across departments.

• Experience in designing and building reporting dashboards for metadata consumption.

• Familiarity with tools and standards from IT, security, and business data teams.

• Effective trainer and communicator with the ability to convey complex data topics clearly.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary Range: $106,400 - $178,100 (dependent on location, skills, and experience)

• Bonus: 12% annual target bonus based on performance
