Compensation: $65,300 - $101,850 annually
Bonus: Target 10% of annual salary, paid quarterly

Job Overview:
The Merchandising Team Lead is responsible for managing and guiding a team of full-time Merchandisers who serve large-volume accounts (e.g., supermarkets, mass merchants) in a fast-paced, direct-store-delivery (DSD) environment. The role focuses on achieving superior merchandising execution, excellent customer service, and business growth. This leadership role includes full authority over hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of the merchandising team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and manage a team of full-time Merchandisers.
Ensure high standards in merchandising execution and timely order submission.
Assign merchandisers to a consistent group of high-volume retail accounts.
Adjust store assignments as needed for coverage and backup.
Conduct store visits ("work-withs"/route rides) to mentor team members.
Train new hires and enforce use of Pepsi Beverage Company tools and procedures.
Monitor and guide daily operations, delegate tasks, and assess performance.
Collaborate with Territory Sales Leader and Sales Reps to implement sales strategies.
Promote teamwork and set productivity/service targets.
Identify customer satisfaction risks and proactively apply solutions.
Evaluate employee performance and provide consistent feedback.
Maintain cost awareness while meeting customer needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record (strongly preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs periodically.
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Must have legal right to work in the United States.
Strong team-building and leadership capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $65,300 – $101,850 (based on experience, skills, location)
Bonus Eligibility: Up to 10% annual salary, paid quarterly
Paid Time Off:
