Compensation:

• $21.85 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain merchandise store shelving, coolers, and product showcases in assigned areas.
• Alter the arrangement of items in the back storage area and on the display racks.
• Transfer products from the back storage area to the shelf locations for easy customer reach.
• Use machinery like underwater crafts, hand-propelled carriers, and pallet pushers for product handling.
• Feature promotional elements such as signs and streamers.
• Ensure the stockroom is orderly and neatly kept.
• Notify both store managers and Pepsi management about store issues for necessary action.
• Strengthen customer relationships through direct store-level interactions.
• Strictly comply with the operating procedures, like scanning when entering or exiting and staying on the prescribed path.
• Assistance can be obtained within defined time frames.
• Provide exceptional assistance to customers while demonstrating autonomy in work.
• Use mobile devices for the purpose of managing orders in a more organized manner.
• Consistent attendance is a vital expectation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Eligibility for participation is limited to individuals aged 18 and above.
• Pass the physical performance evaluation if it is part of the requirements for the role.
• Visiting multiple store locations necessitates the availability of personal transport.
• A current U.S. driver's license and valid insurance proof need to be provided.

Helpful Experience:

• Exposure to the retail or grocery industry.
• Experienced in the organization and promotion of products.
• Familiarity with managing inventory stored in the designated backroom area.
• Customer service experience.
