Role: Serving as a Merchandising Operations Coordinator for PepsiCo entails executing merchandising plans, ensuring product availability, and liaising with store management to address any issues or opportunities for improvement. Your efforts will directly impact product visibility and sales performance in-store.

Compensation:

• $21.85 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:

• Stage and present items on store shelves, coolers, and displays within designated accounts.
• Rotate the stock in the storage space and on the shop floor.
• Transport items from the storage area to their designated spots on the display shelves.
• Apply tools such as submersible vessels, hand-operated trucks, and pallet movers for product conveyance.
• Demonstrate promotional resources like posters and banners.
• Organize and tidy up the backroom storage space.
• Discuss with store managers and Pepsi management the issues impacting the store's functionality.
• Create customer bonds through face-to-face engagement in the retail environment.
• Observe the specified operating processes, including scanning in and out and following the designated route.
• Aid is extended at specific hours.
• Perform with excellence in customer service and independence in task management.
• Employ handheld gadgets to facilitate the management of orders effectively.
• It is required to be present regularly and punctually.

Basic Qualifications:

• The minimum age requirement for involvement is 18 years old.
• Satisfy the standards of the physical skills assessment, if it is applicable to your situation.
• The ability to travel to different store locations depends on owning a means of personal transportation.
• Possession of a valid driver's license from the U.S. and proof of insurance is mandatory.

Helpful Experience:

• History of working in a retail or grocery store environment.
• Competence in the merchandising and transportation of items.
• Proficiency in maintaining and controlling stockroom inventory.
• Customer service experience.
