This role is part of Frito-Lay’s sales and distribution operating unit, responsible for managing and growing some of America’s favorite snack brands, including Fritos, Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, and Tostitos.
As a District Sales Leader Trainee, you will undergo a 6+ month onboarding program designed to develop the skills necessary to transition into a District Sales Leader position. During this time, you will receive 4-6 months of route-level training to understand the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) network and supply chain while learning the responsibilities of frontline route sales representatives.
Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be promoted to District Sales Leader, taking full responsibility for leading 10-15 Route Sales Representatives (RSRs) and managing a $5-15 million business. This role requires strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
