The Away From Home (AFH) division drives PepsiCo’s presence in out-of-home consumption channels, delivering across diverse markets and leveraging the full breadth of our food and beverage portfolio.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:
As a Sr. Strategy Manager within the AFH Strategy team, you will help shape the long-term growth and transformation of PepsiCo’s portfolio across beverages, snacks, and nutrition. You will:

• Lead strategic planning across long-term, annual, and growth-focused initiatives.

• Solve complex, business-critical problems with structured thinking and solution-oriented approaches.

• Drive strategic recommendations through financial, analytical, and competitive analyses.

• Develop executive-ready project deliverables.

• Lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.

• Coach and mentor team members; contribute to capability building efforts across the Strategy function.

• Stay ahead of trends—consumer behavior, competitive insights, and global market shifts.

• Support transformational initiatives like data analytics and digital ordering platforms.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy or top-tier management consulting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA strongly preferred.

• 7+ years of relevant experience.

• Familiarity with CPG industry, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.

• Experience working with CPG clients in consulting roles.

• Deep interest in PepsiCo’s product portfolio and market positioning.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $118,700 – $198,800 (based on experience, education, and location)

• Bonus Target: 15% of annual salary
