Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

OVERVIEW:

Commence your sales career as a Customer Service Sales Associate, where every interaction is a chance to develop customer connections and enhance business prosperity. Whether you're building new partnerships or nurturing existing ones within your customer base, you'll unlock your potential by articulating the value of our inventory management solutions using a consultative sales technique. After successfully completing the onboarding, training, and performance milestones, this position may offer flexibility in working hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The obligations and tasks pertinent to this position involve, but are not confined to:

• Enabling the optimization of B2B sales efforts and customer service engagements
• Improving customer satisfaction by utilizing a consultative sales method
• Fostering the development of new connections and the nurturing of existing relationships through the acquisition of leads, referrals, and dedicated prospecting
• Synchronizing resources to attend to customer service requirements
• Traveling to nearby customer sites in a company car to conduct sales presentations personally
• Fulfilling other tasks as required to maintain the branch's effectiveness

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Successful candidates must have the necessary skills and qualifications:

• The job entails responsibilities that necessitate candidates to be 18 years of age or older
• It is compulsory to have a currently active and legitimate driver's license from the country where the job is located and to fulfill the driving history conditions to operate a company vehicle when requested
• Attained or are pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, or a comparable field of study OR possess work experience in customer service or industry-related contexts
• Superior talent in effectively communicating through both speech and writing
• Proficient computer skills
• Display a notable proficiency for sales and a sincere interest in the art of selling
• Passionate, proactive, and centered on delivering excellent customer care
• Highlight a robust math acumen, precision, and a proactive mindset
• Manifest efficiency in managing, outlining, and determining priorities effectively
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving proficiency, deductive reasoning acuity, and strategic decision-making capabilities
• Manifesting primary ideals of determination, resourcefulness, honesty, and collaboration
• Ability to elevate, shift, carry, and softly bring down packages typically in the weight range of 25lbs to 50lbs, with occasional weights up to 75lbs
• Complete the required drug test (applicable exclusively in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam)

COMPENSATION:

The salary for this role is set between $36,000 and $42,000, with opportunities to increase earnings through bonuses or commissions.
