OVERVIEW:

By cultivating new partnerships and enhancing existing ones within your client base, you'll tap into your potential by conveying the value of our inventory management solutions through a consultative sales strategy.This role could potentially offer a more flexible working schedule following a period of onboarding, training, and achieving performance benchmarks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The job requirements and accountabilities of this role encompass, but are not restricted to:

• Supporting endeavors aimed at bolstering B2B sales and elevating customer service operations
• Adding worth to customers by employing a consultative sales strategy
• Establishing and expanding relationships by leveraging incoming leads, referrals, and actively engaging in the process of finding new opportunities
• Management of resources to meet customer service requirements
• Traveling to customer locations in a company car for in-person sales meetings within the vicinity
• Undertaking supplementary responsibilities to contribute to the overall success of the branch

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The position mandates possessing certain skills and qualifications:

• Individuals must be of legal age, which is 18 years or older, to be considered for this position
• The job mandates possessing a currently active and valid driver's license from the country of work, along with fulfilling the driving history criteria for using a corporate vehicle as required
• Have obtained or are in the process of attaining a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, or a similar area of expertise OR have practical experience in customer service or the relevant sector
• Exceptional skills in conveying messages effectively through speech and writing
• Proficient computer skills
• Demonstrate a strong talent for sales and a passion for the selling process
• Driven by personal commitment, autonomy, and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Display a high level of mathematical ability, meticulousness, and a sense of immediacy
• Showcase adeptness in structuring, scheduling, and ranking tasks accordingly
• Display proficiency in addressing challenges, employing deductive logic, and executing decisions
• Illustrating core standards of aspiration, creativity, ethics, and cooperation
• Proficiency in lifting, moving, conveying, and gently depositing packages that usually fall between the weight range of 25lbs to 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs
• Meet the necessary drug screening criteria (exclusive to the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam)

COMPENSATION:

Compensation for this position includes a base pay between $36,000 and $42,000, as well as opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
