Shift(s):

• The stipulated timetable for work on weekdays spans from 7:00am to 5:00pm, commencing on Monday and concluding on Friday
• Up to 24 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

Join us as a Branch Inventory Clerk and become an essential component in our industrial distribution endeavors. You'll oversee the movement of goods, improve your inventory management skills, and have the potential for a flexible schedule upon meeting objectives in onboarding, training, and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The scope of this job encompasses a variety of roles and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• To achieve streamlined business operations, it is essential to manage and maintain branch inventory
• Properly labeling and barcoding inventory can help streamline picking and shipping processes
• Executing required local deliveries using a corporate vehicle
• Implementing a comprehensive cleaning and safety plan can help to minimize workplace accidents and promote a sense of responsibility among employees
• Performing any other duties as necessary to guarantee the prosperity of the branch

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The obligations and expectations associated with this position encompass a range of duties including but not limited to:

• This job requires individuals who have attained 18 years of age or older, which is a necessary requirement to ensure that they can handle the responsibilities that come with the position
• If you are to use any company vehicle, it is crucial to have a current and lawful driver's license issued in the country where the job exists, and graduating from a license program if mandated
• Top-notch written and oral communication skills are often touted as essential competencies for leadership roles in organizations
• Proficient computer skills
• Grasp the knack of handling multiple tasks seamlessly in a high-pressure environment
• Display exceptional aptitude in managing complex and multifaceted projects, with strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
• Possessing a highly motivated and customer service-oriented attitude, with the ability to work with minimal direction
• A meticulous and efficient approach to work is what separates the successful professionals from the rest
• Being able to work independently and in collaboration with others is key to productive teamwork

• Carrying and transferring packages that typically weigh between 25lbs and 50lbs, and sometimes weigh up to 75lbs, involves lifting, sliding, and finally placing them down in a specific location
• Fulfill the mandatory requirement of clearing the drug screening test in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience dealing with the intake, outflow, classification, or control of inventory in prior roles
