Responsibilities: The primary tasks of a PepsiCo Shelf Stocker involve replenishing and arranging products in accordance with company standards to enhance visibility and accessibility for customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining product freshness and monitoring inventory levels to support sales goals.

Compensation:

• $21.85 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:

• Organize and set up merchandising fixtures, fridges, and exhibits with various goods within specific accounts.
• Change the positioning of merchandise in both the backroom and on the store floor.
• Move merchandise from the inventory room to its designated spot on the store floor.
• Employ machinery like submarine vessels, manual dollies, and platform carriers for product relocation.
• Showcase promotional items including signage and streamers.
• Ensure the backroom inventory is tidy and systematically arranged.
• Report store-related issues to be addressed by store managers and Pepsi management.
• Foster customer rapport through in-store interactions.
• Follow standard procedures in operations, like scanning upon entry and exit and obeying specific routes.
• Assistance is provided at scheduled intervals.
• Offer exceptional service to customers with little oversight.
• Utilize mobile devices for the management of orders in a convenient manner.
• It is essential to attend regularly and consistently.

Basic Qualifications:

• Participation is restricted to those who have reached the age of 18 and above.
• Successfully complete the physical fitness evaluation if it is required for the position.
• Access to various store locations requires owning a mode of transportation.
• Proof of insurance and a current U.S. driver's license are mandatory.

Helpful Experience:

• Previous involvement in a retail or supermarket setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in product transportation and presentation.
• Proficient in managing inventory levels in the storage area behind the retail floor.
• Customer service experience.
